Title: The comparison of learning process for shooting and scoring in Czech and abroad youth ice-hockey team U9-U15 Objectives: The main objective was to collect information about learning process for shooting and scoring in Czech and abroad team and on the basis of this knowledge to qualitatively and quantitatively compare learning process for shooting and scoring. Methods: To gather information, a method of guided interview with head coaches of the observed categories was used, followed by direct observation of at least four on- ice training units during two weeks and at least one off-ice training unit containing shooting of each observed category. Results: Key differences include the higher number of shooting attempts by the abroad team players within one week, the creation of a team concept for the development of individual skills and the involvement of a dedicated shooting coach in all youth categories.
